“Ariel Corp. (Nasdaq:ADSP), a leading supplier of open systems
remote access solutions for ISPs and the enterprise, today
announced that it has signed a strategic partnership with Red Hat
Software, the leading developer and support provider for the Linux
operating system.”

“The new relationship will give Red Hat’s Linux customers easy
access to Ariel’s high-density PCI-based remote access solutions,
while enabling Red Hat to enhance its presence in the ISP and
enterprise server markets.”

“Ariel and Red Hat will participate in a number of joint
marketing activities aimed at promoting Red Hat Linux and Ariel’s
high-density remote access products as the preferred platform for
building ISP and enterprise points of presence.”
