“Sendmail, Inc., the provider of the ubiquitous Sendmail(TM)
Internet Mail platform for e-communications, applications and
services, today announced a new channel program designed to expand
the company’s worldwide market coverage to meet the increasing
global demand for its commercial software and services. Sendmail’s
channel program dramatically extends the company’s sales reach and
technical support services through a global network of
distributors, resellers and original equipment manufacturers
(OEMs). Some of the key channel partners joining the program to
market, sell and support Sendmail’s commercial solutions include
Merisel, Inc., ASCII Network Technology, Inc., HP Australia, Harker
Systems, IPeria, ProTronics Technologies, Inc., and Systemec
Datacom.”

The new program is an important milestone in Sendmail’s
strategy to expand its domestic and international coverage through
its channel partners.
By partnering with leading distributors,
resellers and OEMs worldwide, Sendmail strengthens its capacity to
reach potential customers through preferred sales channels. This
offers end users greater flexibility to choose how to purchase and
implement Sendmail’s Internet Mail solutions.”

“Our new channel program offers partners significant revenue
potential, backed with high-level support and a commitment to
mutual success,” said Greg Olson, CEO, Sendmail, Inc. “As a result,
end users will now have greater access to Sendmail’s Internet Mail
solutions, with the ability to add functionality to meet their
individual needs. This represents a win-win for both resellers and
customers, who can depend on the Sendmail platform for reliable,
secure and scaleable Internet communications now and in the
future.”
