BW: SuSE Expands Partner Program For ISVs And Resellers, Offering Co-Marketing and Support

“Today SuSE Linux, the international technology leader and
solution provider in open source operating system (OS) software,
announced it is expanding its Business Partner Program, offering
worldwide co-marketing and support programs specifically
targeting resellers and ISVs.
“Application developers, system
integrators, resellers as well as system houses benefit enormously
from a partnership with Linux specialists,” said Rolf Haberrecker,
Director of Channel Marketing, SuSE Linux AG.”

“When joining the mid-level SuSE Value Partner program, VARs
implementing Linux solutions receive additional Linux support in
the form of training courses and workshops, installation support,
newsletters and a partner Web site. At the premium SuSE Business
Partner level, customers additionally receive advanced versions of
the various SuSE Linux products, project assistance through SuSE
Support, and are eligible for co-marketing activities such as
shared exhibition at trade shows.”

to set the quality standard for Linux and becomes the leading
