“TurboLinux, Inc., the high performance Linux company, announced
today that Dell Computer Corporation (Nasdaq: DELL), the world’s
leading direct systems vendor, is now offering TurboLinux as a
pre-installed option on Dell PowerEdge(TM) servers and Dell
Precision(TM) Workstations in Hong Kong and China.”

“Dell began offering customers the option to factory-load
TurboLinux in China and the Hong Kong SAR on January 31, 2000.

In China, Dell systems with TurboLinux installed come with 90 days
of email and Web-based support provided by TurboLinux. Support
after the 90-day period, limited to three incidents, is available
direct from Turbolinux. Customers can choose either simplified or
traditional Chinese language versions of TurboLinux when they order
Dell systems.”
