“Unitek, a leading San Francisco Bay Area technical education
center and consulting firm, announced today that they have teamed
with Caldera Systems as a Caldera Systems Authorized Education
Center (CSAEC).”

“As a CSAEC, Unitek will provide Linux training and education
through instructors certified by Linux Professional Institute
(LPI), the leading provider of vendor-neutral certification on
Linux.”

“‘In just the past six months to one year we have seen an
incredible demand for Linux as a real viable back office solution.
As an education center teaching UNIX and Windows NT, we saw Linux
as a serious contender and as one of the next generation of
operating systems,’ said Unitek’s CEO, Dr. Paul Afshar.”
