Based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, CentOS Linux 7.5 (1804) is the latest and most advanced snapshot of the open-source and enterprise-ready computer operating system, available now for 32-bit (i386), 64-bit (x86_64), ARM64 (AArch64), PowerPC 64-bit Little Endian (PPC64el), PowerPC 64-bit (PPC64), and ARMhf architectures. As with every new snapshot of CentOS Linux 7 series, the 7.5 release includes all the updates and security patches that have been released on the operating system’s software repositories since the previous snapshot, in this case, CentOS Linux 7.4 (1708). On top of that, CentOS Linux 7.5 (1804) also comes with all the security updates from the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 release.
