Progeny Debian is a valuable new addition to the roster
of Linux distributions suited for enterprise users. With its
well-developed set of system administration tools, Progeny can help
cut IT costs and improve network security by ensuring that required
patches are effectively installed. However, a key component in
facilitating product updates, the Progeny Service Network, doesn’t
launch until July, so you should hold off on systemwide Progeny
deployments until the service is available.
