Computer Business Review: IBM “Close” to Answering SCO

“IBM Corp is believed to be close to filing a response to SCO
Group Inc’s amended copyright legal action, which elevated the
price tag of victory to more than $3bn.

“An IBM source told ComputerWire yesterday the company’s
attorneys are ‘getting close’ to filing an answer to the amended
complaint. IBM’s response could be with the US District Court in
Utah as early as next week, the source said…”
