“Islandia, N.Y.-based Computer Associates International Inc. and
Orem, Utah-based Caldera Systems Inc. announced a partnership today
in which CA will develop its Unicenter TNG management framework for
Caldera’s distribution of the Linux operating system.”

“CA and Caldera competitor Red Hat Software Inc. in Research
Triangle Park, N.C., announced such a partnership in March.”

“Under Caldera’s agreement with CA, the companies will jointly
market each other’s products and the two will be available as a
bundled suite.”
