CoreOS 1068.10.0 Released with Many systemd Fixes, Still Using Linux Kernel 4.6

CoreOS 1068.10.0 is now powered by the Linux 4.6.3 kernel, which, unfortunately, it reached end of life last week with the Linux kernel 4.6.7 maintenance update. However, it appears that the new Linux kernel 4.7 branch is already used in the CoreOS Beta and Alpha development milestones. Among other updated components included in CoreOS 1068.10.0, we can notice systemd 229, for which a timer assertion issue was fixed, rkt 1.7.0 App Container runtime for Linux, Docker 1.10.3 application container engine, fleet 0.11.7 distributed init system, as well as etcd 0.4.9 and 2.3.2 service discovery packages.
