“The world’s top Linux vendor tipped its hat to the channel
last week, adding two distributors and expanding its VAR
programs.

“Red Hat Inc., based here, signed distribution agreements with
Hall-Mark Global Solutions, Tempe, Ariz., and KeyLink Systems,
Cleveland, a Pioneer-Standard Electronics Inc. company.”

“The distributors will sell the Red Hat Linux operating system
and services such as phone-based technical support, maintenance,
consulting, subscription services and Web-based update agents, said
Lisa Sullivan, director of channel sales and marketing at Red
Hat.”
