“Cygnus(R) Solutions, the leader in open-source software, today
announced an extensive new channel program for distributors, VARs
and resellers.”

“Cygnus also announced that Frank Kasper & Associates, the
world’s largest distributor of Linux, has signed an agreement to
distribute Cygnus GNUPro(R) Toolkit and Cygnus
Source-Navigator(TM). In addition, Cygnus has signed a number of
resellers, including Indelible Blue, Linux Central, Linux Mall,
Open Systems Consultants, Software House International, IXSOFT
(Germany), Open Systems (Norway), Planet Multimedia (India) and
LinuxIT (United Kingdom).”

“Cygnus has ten years of experience in delivering GNUPro, which
features the GNU compiler at the heart of Linux, to commercial
markets. Commercial application developers rely on Cygnus for the
only fully supported C and C++ development environment. This puts
Cygnus in the ideal position to establish a distribution channel
for open-source based products.”
