“Novell SUSE Linux project manager Andreas Jaeger announced
Friday that his team has released OpenSUSE 10.2 beta 2. The release
includes ‘a large number of enhancements and updates by the open
source community and Novell’s development teams,’ Jaeger said.

“This newest distribution, codenamed Basilisk Lizard, is based
on the latest (2.6.18.2) Linux kernel and features a choice of the
GNOME 2.16.1 and KDE 3.5.5 desktops…”
