program to listen to music, one program to view images, and so
forth, to choose from and it would all be built around a single
window manager–the popular K Desktop Environment (KDE).

“Lycoris’ Desktop/lx is currently being shipped with the 2.2.2
version of KDE while the developers work on a new release of
Desktop/LX with a later version of KDE – 3.2.x. This new
version is slated for release some time near the middle of this
year (2004)…”
