“Libranet is a distribution based on the venerable Debian
distribution. In addition to the stock Debian 2.2r2 release,
Libranet comes with kernel 2.4.2, XFree86 4.0.2, ReiserFS, and KDE
2.1. What this means for the average user is that they get the
stability and tradition of Debian GNU/Linux coupled with the latest
releases of the major software packages. GNOME is also represented
by version 1.2, a welcome upgrade to the more traditional 1.054
release found in the original Debian 2.2 (Potato) release.”
