elementary OS “Isis,” the next iteration of the famous operating system that managed to capture everyone’s attention in just a couple of years, now has a development version available for download. The previous version of elementary OS was based on Ubuntu 12.04, but the developers have now adopted Ubuntu 14.04 LTS as their base, or at least this is what we can deduce from the name of the ISO and the fact that it is using the same Linux kernel.
