“You know, there are some things I’ve read lately that makes me
feel not so good. I guess it all started from Linus’ rant accusing
Sun of deliberately refusing to ‘give anything back (especially
ZFS, which seems to be one of their very very few bright spots.’ As
this is a CDDL <-> GPL licensing issue it’s obviously not
only Sun’s fault, and considering that BSD and MacOS X developers
had stumbled upon no legal problems porting to their platforms, I’m
inclined to thing there’s more a GPL fault in all of this.

“The madness in Linux camp got the real spin-off when the GPLv3
was released. Suddenly everyone who did not see GPLv3 as the
ultimate free license for Open Source (One License to rule them
all) where accused of actually spreading FUD…!”
