Firefox Gets Experimental Support for the HTML 5 Video Element

“Firefox Developer Chris Double has been working on implementing
support for the HTML 5 video element, which will make it possible
to natively embed video files in a web page and control playback
with Javascript.

“Double’s patches haven’t been integrated into Firefox 3, but
you can still test the feature yourself by compiling a patched
version of Firefox from his GIT repository. Patched builds are also
available for several platforms, including Windows XP, Mac OS X,
and Ubuntu Linux…”
