“I will take a moment to describe what I would like to see
either implemented or improved in any already available Linux
distribution or others that are yet to be born, which will define
Linux as a desktop operating system. Some features that I will
cover are already available on many popular distributions; other
features are available in other non-Linux operating systems such as
Windows. Don’t get me wrong, I love Linux and have been using it
since the early Red Hat days, I just feel as if I should express
some thoughts as to what I believe can take Linux to the
desktop.

“Though Linux has come along way in bringing users an easy to
use interface, I believe there is still room left for improvement.
My biggest concern is that of program installation…”
