Free Office Suite On The Web – StarOffice 5.0 Personal Edition

Star Division Corporation announced today that StarOffice 5.0
Personal Edition, the company’s fully-featured, best of breed,
cross-platform office productivity suite can now be downloaded from
the web for free to individual, non-commercial users.

StarOffice 5.0 is a premium office productivity suite which runs
native on all major operating environments including Windows
95/98/NT, Solaris, Linux, OS/2 and Java.

Powerful document filters provide seamless and easy
interoperability with the Microsoft Office products, up to
Microsoft Office 2000.
