GNU-Darwin Update: Initial BSD-style Package Release

Finally, GNU-Darwin is almost ready to build a large package
collection for GNU/Linux. These packages are intended for use with
the GNU/Linux User
Tarball. We are able to create initial packages, but the format
still needs some work.
