“The Gnuaccounting developers have released version 0.7.8 of
their free open-source Java accounting application that embeds
OpenOffice and utilises MySQL or OpenOffice’s HSQLDB to create and
administrate invoices, credit memos, delivery notes, bills etc. The
program is intended for use by small and medium-sized companies and
now for the first time supports the deferment of VAT prepayment in
countries where VAT is estimated and collected in advance.”
