It appears that this is a bugfix-only release that only promotes the Google Chrome 43 version from the Beta channel to the Stable one and fixes approximately 37 bugs discovered since the last stable version. The actual version number of Google Chrome 43 is 43.0.2357.65, the same one that was until today on the Beta version. The announcement highlights only the fixes that have been contributed by third-party researchers.
