“I told you I doubted that SCO was surprised by the BayStar
letter, despite all the articles saying they were, quoting Blake
Stowell saying they were stunned and in the dark as to why BayStar
had sent them the letter. Now we have confirmation from
BayStar:

“‘Meanwhile, BayStar’s spokesperson said the company informed
SCO of concerns both verbally and in writing on ‘numerous
occasions’. ‘This is not something that has been communicated
recently,’ he said.’

“The article also quotes BayStar as saying, when asked if they
would go to court, that they are looking at ‘all necessary and
potential’ options against SCO…”
