Here are some more documents filed yesterday and now available on
Pacer, and they provide some more explosive news, namely that SuSE
on April 10th filed a Request for Arbitration with The Secretariat
of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. Here are
the ICC Rules, which you can download in several languages.
