“The SCO v. Novell litigation just got a lot more interesting.
Here are some more documents filed yesterday and now available on
Pacer, and they provide some more explosive news, namely that SuSE
on April 10th filed a Request for Arbitration with The Secretariat
of the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris. Here are
the ICC Rules, which you can download in several languages.

arbitration on page 53 of his Declaration…”
