tells me that so far he has yet to receive one…

“So, OSDL will pay for Linus’ attorney, whatever firm he
eventually chooses to retain. The fact that they are asking for
documents only doesn’t mean they will never seek to depose Linus;
it just means that those of you booking flights in your dream world
to get to watch Linus and rms being deposed can stop daydreaming.
It may happen down the road, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be
now…”
