How to remove Mono from Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx [Updated]

“Monogeneans are ectoparasites, meaning they live on the surface
of their host’s body (as opposed to inside of it) and feed mainly
on mucus and other detritus. To ensure they do not lose grip of
their host, Monogeneans have very highly developed attachment
appendages such as suction devices, pincers, hooks or spines.
