“This is the HP Mini 100e, a netbook which looks are
fully customizable. There’s an option for SUSE Linux as the
operating system. It’s nice to see something different in operating
system options, too bad the other 2 options are windows versions
(XP and 7)

“The Mini 100e is aimed at schools and therefore it has rounded
corners, a “spill-resistant” keyboard and metal alloy screen hinges
with steel pin axles.

“The Mini 100e will be available with SUSE Linux Enterprise 11,
which is great as all schools should be using open source to teach
our children. I’d like to see my children learn on non-proprietary
software instead of having them indoctrinated with vendor lock-in
from childhood. (sorry about that, got a little carried away
there)”
