Intel server line with new systems, first-time options for
clustering and storage, and support for the Linux operating
system.”
“Starting this week, Toshiba will offer the Magnia 3010
workgroup and 5010 departmental server lines. With the new lines,
Toshiba has doubled the maximum hard-drive capacity of its systems
to 18 gigabytes. The 3010 and 5010 lines will also ship with up to
two 500-MHz Pentium III processors.”
“Also starting this week, high-end Magnia servers are certified
to run Red Hat Linux 5.2.”
