“In a move that could accelerate the use of the Linux operating
system in enterprise markets, Computer Associates International
(CA) said it will begin offering versions of its Unicenter TNG that
support Red Hat Software’s version of Linux.”
“The companies said their partnership will provide users with
improved manageability for the increasingly popular Linux platform.
Starting midyear, they aim to distribute 1 million copies of the
products bundled on CDs, officials said at a press conference here
at the LinuxWorld show.”
