“These days, just about everybody is taking Microsoft to court.
From the U.S. government, to Sun Microsystems, to Caldera, it seems
that just about everyone who feels jilted by Microsoft is seeking
to right some injustice. I’m sure Microsoft’s perspective is that
the company has endured far too many days in court during the past
year.”

“And if that were not enough to keep the company sidetracked,
bands of pesky Linux users have now shown up on Microsoft’s
doorstep in protest, demanding refunds for unused versions of
Windows that were forced upon them when they purchased their latest
PC systems. This too, smells like a lawsuit in the making.”
