Matthew Pavlovich’s motion to quash has been denied in a
California Court of Appeal. We spoke briefly witb Allonn E. Levy of
Huber and Samuelson, who is representing Pavlovich, and he reported
that there will be an appeal filed shortly to a higher court that
will seek to overturn the denial or provide for a further response.
You can see the original motion to quash here.
