Dear KDE and Debian users,

Thanks to Heiko Schlittermann there is the most recent
Debian 2.1 including the moste recent KDE-1.1 available.

Since this version of KDE isn't contained in any official Debian 2.1
(slink) distribution, Heiko build it (with some support from coolo) for
your pleasure.

This makes it possible to announce (proudly ;-)) the existence of KDE 1.1
for the current yet to be released Debian GNU/Linux 2.1 distribution
(aka slink).

More information can be obtained from

    http://debian.schlittermann.de/

Yours,
