The KDE Frameworks 5.16.0 toolkit has been updated with numerous changes for the latest KDE Plasma 5 desktop environment, version 5.4.3, which appears to be the last maintenance release in the KDE Plasma 5.4 series, as the KDE developers will now concentrate all of their efforts on implementing new features in the next major release, KDE Plasma 5.5, due for release on December 8, 2015.
