Earlier this week, on July 5, the KDE Project announced the KDE Plasma 5.7 desktop environment, which brought lots of goodies to diehard fans of the KDE user interface for GNU/Linux operating systems. Now KDE releases KDE Frameworks 5.24.0, which brings even more improvements to the KDE Plasma 5.7 desktop, in particular for the Breeze icon set, which received some new icons and many improvements to existing ones, as well as small fixes to core components like KArchive, KBookmarks, KNotification, KIO, KNotifyConfig, KParts, Kross, KRunner, KWidgetsAddons, KXMLGUI, Solid, KJS, KNewStuff, and KItemModels.
