On Friday, the largest Linux Installation I have ever seen took
place in Austria, Europe. More than 800 people attended the party,
about 200 computers – from a 386 to a Sun Sparc – got Linux
installed. There was free beer, free pizza and music. The party has
been organized by the IT News Channel ORF FutureZone, and it was truly a
full success. 60 packets of SuSE Linux have been thrown into the
crowd, 10 packets of VMWare et cetera…
