The announcement was made from Brno, Czech Republic, where the LibOCon LibreOffice developer conference is taking place these days between September 7 and September 9, and it looks like LibreOffice 5.2.1 is a minor maintenance update that introduces a total of 105 improvements in various areas of the software.
