El primer evento internacional de GNU-Linux en Argentina se
llamará:
Maratón Linux – Etapa Argentina
. Este evento organizado
por Linux Center Argentina (www.linuxcenter.com.ar) se
llevará a cabo los días 18,19,20 y 21 de octubre en
buenos Aires.
Estarán brindando conferencias y talleres
Jose Neif Jury Fabre (Pepe) y Fernando Magariños Lamas de
México. Ismael Olea (proyecto LUCAS) y Juan Tomas Garcia de
España. Fernando Pisani de Argentina. John Terpstra (uno de
los creadores de samba) y David Cowpland, CEO de Corel de EEUU.
