keeping track of their documents. Usually, you don’t need software
that allows you to define elaborate document workflows or detailed
version tracking. What you might need is a simple system that you
can use to access and edit your documents on multiple machines, and
then sync them with a file repository on a remote server. Simple
Groupware allows you to do just that, and it has a couple more
clever tricks as well.
