“According to a recent news-posting on the German
Heise-Newsticker companies that are listed on the Samba-Website for
offering Commercial Support got sued by CMG for trademark
violation….”

If CMG’s lawyers are successful, they will proceed to sue
companies that offer commercial Samba support, this would include
IBM, Hewlett-Packard, SuSE and many others.
