Linux is becoming a very important Operating System both on
servers and on desktops. From a several thousand users a few years
ago, to more than 12 million today. Last year commercial support
companies were created to provide the same level of support that
commercial Operating Systems like Solaris and Windows have. An area
was still missing: affordable Linux support for home users and
small companies.
