I’ve scheduled an informal BOF at ALS next week, titled “Linux
Writers and Publishers BOF”. It will be at 5pm on Thursday in the
Brayton room (or whatever “Location: Brayton” means on the ALS BOF
page).

I’ll be there, and I know a few folks I polled informally about
this have said they were interested (LWN, LinuxToday, Linux.com, a
few others).

My main reason for having this is just to meet the people I’ve
been talking to and/or writing for the past few months. I think it
would be a good way for other writers to meet with some of the
publishers (online and in print) who are interested in Linux.
Hopefully we’ll get some other writers there besides me. 🙂
