It is being moved to a new location, and will be down during the
move.
Rob Kennedy (of Linuxberg) has said that the move will hopefully
be finished, and the new server online, by tonight.
The new IP address will be 209.58.63.194. They’ll be testing it
with different user limits, raising the limit every hour until it
gets maxed-out.
Update: The server has been moved and is now
located the IP address listed above.
