“Nokia recently released the N800 Internet Tablet, a successor
to the 770, which has been available for over a year. The basic
concept is similar to that of the 770 — it is a handheld device
usable for most Internet-based tasks. Nokia has done well in
promoting the release of the N800, resulting in numerous favorable
user-oriented reviews already having been published. This
particular review will address some of the same user issues but
also will focus on the device itself, as well as on the N800 as a
platform for custom applications.
