“After a growth surge that contributed to the decline in market
share of Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) for the first time in six
years, usage of the Mozilla browser flattened out during much of
this month.

“‘The general trend over the last two weeks, at least, seems to
have mostly flattened out,’ Geoff Johnston, an analyst with
WebSideStory, a San Diego-based Web metrics company, told
