having trouble seeing the forest for the trees. Let me explain:“Despite the headline, the majority of his article does not
actually address issues with open source, but examines problems
implementing and debugging open standards telephony technologies.
His concerns about VoiceXML, J2EE, CCXML, lack of information
transmission across protocols, and DTMF confusion–there are
actually at least five different forms of DTMF on SIP–are
well-founded, but they have nothing to do with open source
telephony…”
