After a couple of hours of frustration yesterday and some
essential help from BenH this morning, I managed today to install
LinuxPPC on an iMac DV.
Since I don’t see any instructions on
the net how to do this, I’ll describe here the steps it took me to
make it work. I also tried a lot of things that didn’t work, and I
can only hope that my memory doesn’t mix them up. OK, here we
go:”

  1. “Partitioning…
  2. Preparation of the boot files…
  3. Booting the installer…
  4. RedHat installer…
  5. Booting LinuxPPC…”
