LinuxPR: Applixware Office for Linux Wins Linux Magazine Cool Product Award

“Applix, Inc. the leader in Linux application software today
announced that Applixware Office for Linux 4.4.2 has won a Linux
Magazine Cool Product Award. The award from the November issue
compared Applixware Office for Linux against both commercial and
open source productivity suites including Sun Microsystems Star
Office…Corel WordPerfect for Linux…KDE Office, and Gnome
Workshop.”

Applixware Office for Linux was selected for its
combination of full-featured productivity applications,
ease-of-use, extensibility and ability to exchange documents with
Microsoft Office and other Windows-based applications.
