“SuSE, a worldwide Linux distributor, and userfriendly.org, a
leading online entertainment destination for the IT technical
community, announced a joint-venture marketing and promotional
alliance.”

“The agreement, described as “User Friendly Media’s Dust Puppy
Meets SuSE’s Chameleon Logo,” names SuSE (www.suse.com) as User
Friendly Media’s (www.userfriendly.org) first site alliance
partner, providing financial and technical support to the company’s
site and popular cast of cartoon characters. In addition, SuSE
receives free monthly cartoons for its Web site and permission to
use User Friendly Media’s copyrighted characters for promotional
and advertising benefit.”

“The Linux market is greatly served by SuSE’s careful attention
to technical excellence and their commitment to the creative, free
