“Linux International Unleashes New Programs to Promote the
Growth of Linux Worldwide.”

“Linux International (LI), the largest vendor association in the
Linux industry, introduced the members of its new board of
directors during the LinuxWorld Expo held at the Javits Convention
Center. The board members unveiled new programs designed to promote
Linux use worldwide. Those efforts include co-sponsorship of a
Linux Pavillion at all LinuxWorld exhibitions; formation of the LI
marketing committee; a collaborative marketing program and the
establishment of a case study repository.”
